360 Transport – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by 360 Transport. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

360 Transport offers vehicle collection, delivery, recovery, storage, inspections, and related transport solutions. Specific service details will be confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Bookings & Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 Days from the date issued.
Bookings are confirmed once payment or written acceptance has been received.
Customers must provide accurate information about the vehicle, pickup/delivery locations, and any special requirements.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
All prices include VAT (where applicable).

4. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure the vehicle is ready for collection (e.g. accessible, keys provided, legal documentation available).
Inform 360 Transport of any non‑running or modified vehicles at the time of booking.
Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before transport.

5. Liability & Insurance

360 Transport provides services using insured drivers and vehicles.
We are not liable for pre‑existing damage, mechanical faults, or items left inside the vehicle.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided unless otherwise required by law.

6. Cancellations & Delays

Cancellations must be made at least [X hours/days] before the scheduled service.
Late cancellations may incur a fee.
While we aim to meet agreed times, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Compound & Recovery Services

Customers must provide all necessary documentation for vehicle release.
Fees for compound recovery are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.

8. Privacy & Data

We handle customer data in accordance with our [Privacy Notice]. Personal information is used only to deliver services and comply with legal obligations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
